Due to the personalized and service-based nature of salon and aesthetic treatments, refunds are limited.
1. Service Refunds
Refunds are not applicable once:
- A service has been completed
- Treatment has begun
- Bridal or aesthetic services are delivered
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Service is cancelled by G2 Look
- Payment error or duplicate transaction occurs
3. Product Purchases (If Any)
- Opened or used products are non-refundable
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
